This program aims to support Pregnant & Postpartum moms who are experiencing stress, depression, anxiety or other issues related to pregnancy, birth and postpartum.  The program focuses in supporting and managing the stress related to the transition to motherhood. Women go through big changes during pregnancy and postpartum. Sometimes, those changes could lead to feelings of sadness, confusion, disconnect, being overwhelmed, relationship problems and not feeling like yourself. 


The objective of the program is to help guide the moms and educate them on this issue. By connecting with other mothers who suffer from the same thing, will help them recover together. Also, finding different ways to cope together and to come to a safe and non-judgmental environment where they can express their feelings.

 

You don't have to do this alone! Other people in your life may not understand what's going on with you. You may not understand what is going on with you. Come join this program, get the support from other moms who understand it, learn some new ways to cope and start feeling better!
